Welcome to Norton in the Moors Staffordshire

My name is Bill Harrison, and my main hobby and passion is for Genealogy and Family History.

In 1998 I took early retirement from my job as Engineering Manager (with a Local Authority) specialising in Water Engineering. I hoped this would give me lots of time to keep up my Web Site ! - but unfortunately my Wife has other ideas !

I am the Vice President and present Chairman of the North Staffordshire Group of Midland Ancestors (ie Birmingham and Midland Society for Genealogy and Heraldry.) (B.M.S.G.H. for short) and at branch level I have special responsibility for Local Projects, Group Website and Computer / Internet related topics.

NB - My Ancestors Data Archive section (see under "My Family Tree & Archive" section above) has been given a make over so please see details in above Navigation Bar or   Click HERE   for details .
