My name is Bill Harrison, and my main hobby and passion is for Genealogy and Family History.

In 1998 I took early retirement from my job as Engineering Manager (with a Local Authority) specialising in Water Engineering. I hoped this would give me lots of time to keep up my Web Site ! - but unfortunately the Wife has other ideas !

I am the Vice President and present Chairman of the North Staffordshire branch of the Birmingham and Midland Society for Genealogy and Heraldry. (B.M.S.G.H. for short) and at present I am the BMSGH Webmaster. At branch level I have special responsibility for Local Projects and Computer / Internet related topics
